All fine private clubs require that the staff deliver the utmost in standards of service. Santa Lucia River Club is fortunate to have assembled a talented and experienced staff who enjoy providing a high level of service. Above and beyond is normal at The River Club.
	HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL Michael Mann joined our staff after having served at some of the finest private clubs in the country such as Linville Ridge Country Club, Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club and Diamond Creek Golf Club. Michael specializes in tournament operations and individual golf instruction as well as providing a golf shop full of the finest apparel available. Michael assures that each of our members is given an elite level of customer service.
	OUTSIDE OPERATIONS Michael Cochrane, born and raised in Ireland, is not only an accomplished player of the game but has a great deal of experience in providing excellent service to the membership. His ability to manage the outside service aspect of the club is exceptional, from organizing the golf carts, practice area, first tee, rangers and event set up he brings an added dimension to the club that most clubs do not provide.
	EXECUTIVE CHEF Larry Snider was trained in Holland and has experience at multiple fine private clubs.  He prides himself in the quality of the food and its presentation.  Chef Larry is responsible for all back of the house club management, meeting and special event planning and menu development.
	CLUB AND CATERING MANAGER Diago Soler hails from Columbia and is in charge of dining and catering activities.  His specialty is planning and executing special events for Club members and non member activities.
	GOLF COURSE AND GROUNDS SUPERINTENDENT Jay Leturno has been affiliated with the Jack Nicklaus organization through the construction and grow in of new courses and has been responsible for the maintainence of the Jack Nicklaus estate in North Palm Beach.  He is a graduate of  Souther Illinois University with a degree in Turfgrass Science.
	EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Ann Marie Lynch provides all administrative and accounting oversight for the club. Ann Marie has five years experience at the club and has been an integral part of the transition from a public facility to a fine private club. Our staff is often heard saying, "Ann Marie" is the one to see.
	CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR Jim Applegate is Executive Vice President of Penn-Florida Club Properties and Chief Operating Officer of Santa Lucia River Club. Jim's experience includes project management at Grande Oaks, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Naples Grande, Naples, Florida, The Floridian, Palm City, Florida, Royal Palm Yacht and CC, Boca Raton, Florida and thirteen years as Principal of The Gary Player Design Company.
	Our golf staff includes several PGA members who have played on the regular and senior PGA Tours and have played in numerous Major Championships.  They enjoy assisting the members with their games and enjoyment of the club.
